Expressive group experiences to help navigate the current chaos while having fun along the way!

Ages: Grades 6-12, college/young adult, adult

How Wellness Enhances Progress in Psychotherapy with Children and Adults Through Neuroplasticity and Improved Cognition

Discussion will be centered around neuroplasticity, wellness concepts which enhance the brain, the relationship of neuroplasticity to resilience and improved cognition and the integration of wellness into psychotherapy treatment.



Non-medication Wellness Approaches for Mental Health Conditions Including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Sleep.

Discussion will surround the three major wellness approaches to brain health, the gut-brain connection and the effect of nutrition on the brain. We will also discuss the effects of meditation/relaxation amd exercise on the brain and ways to integrate wellness concepts into psychotherpay practice.
